At the moment we are all feeling that our lives are on hold and Covid-19 is stopping us doing the things we want to do.
Ok, we are unable to meet up with friends and family, we are not able to go out for dinner, go to the cinema or go on holiday. However, we are still able to make the most of each day and find new ways of bringing joy and happiness into our lives.
Life will always have times of hardship, sadness, restrictions and pain. These times are part of life and if we are able to learn from them and grow, we will enjoy and be grateful for the amazing times in our lives that are full of love, happiness and joy.
Focus on what you can do while in lockdown. I am seeing and hearing about so many people who are choosing to get fit, lose weight, start a small online business, find a new hobby and connect with people they have not seen for years.
You can also use this time to really connect with yourself and the special people in your life that normally we would just take for granted.
