Enjoy the little things in life

At the moment with lockdown & all the changes in our lives that we have to deal with, the little things really are the big things!⁣
⁣
It's very easy to feel that you have nothing good in your life & how hard life is. However, life is what you focus on.⁣
⁣
Instead of focusing on what's wrong, start to feel grateful for what you have. I know it may feel that there isn't anything, but there always is something.⁣
⁣
I know when most people think about being grateful they think it has to be something obvious like their relationships, work or where they live. ⁣
⁣
I love the idea of micro-gratitude, where you are grateful and actually enjoy the small moments in life that we are normally just too busy to notice. Moments like eating your favourite meal, having a chat with a friend, getting into fresh, clean sheets to name a few.⁣
⁣
Notice these moments and enjoy the pleasure they give you. You will be amazed how much happier and grateful you are for what you have in your life.⁣
