​           90 day coaching plan

  • This pack is a 3 month package of 12 coaching session of 50 minutes each. Each session is either in person or via Zoom.
  • You will receive a life strategy questionnaire to establish where you are in the area of health and fitness. This powerfully sets the agenda for the forthcoming coaching process.
  • You will get free email access to myself in-between sessions for coaching support between sessions.
  • You will get 1 free 'laser' 15 minute emergency call arranged at short notice for extra motivation, brainstorming and problem solving coaching support, when and if required.
  • A free Hypnotherapy or Emotion Freedom Technique session. This session is very powerful and has amazing results.​
  • The knowledge that I am always there to keep you on track to ensure you always have feed back along your coaching journey.
